Join us for a day of play on the Virgin Valley High School Track and Field! Compete in many different running, speed walking, jumping and throwing events!

- Events include
- Run: 50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1,500m, 3,000m 5,000m
- Power walk: 400m, 800m, 1,500m, 3,000m, 5,000m
- Long Jump
- Triple Jump
- Standing Long Jump
- High Jump
- Pole Vault
- Shot put
- Discus
- Javelin
- Softball Throw

- Conducted per USATF competition rules with exceptions
- Competitor’s responsibility to avoid schedule conflicts
- Limit one race per distance of 3,000 and 5,000m
- No warning for disqualified walks
- Three attempts in linear field events
- Shot, discus and javelin available for use, other implements provided, must use
- Softball throw; women/11″, men 12″ Throw for distance
