
2026 Spring Target Pistol Competition
Join us for a fun-filled, competitive shooting event! Rim-Fire and Center-Fire divisions were available for Pistol shooters!

Location: Mesquite Shooters Pistol Club, 1301 E. Riverside Rd., Bunkerville, NV
- Registration fee: $30.00 (one-time fee for all of 2026)
- Fusesport fee: $5.00 (one-time fee for Spring season)
- Event fee: $20.00 per event
- $35.00 for both Rim-Fire and Center-Fire
- Check in opens at 8:00 a.m.
- Competition Starts at 9:00 a.m.
- Walk-ups can register up to 1 hour before the event

Range Requirements:
- Brimmed hat, hearing and eye protection
- Water
- Ammunition (course of fire is 36 rounds)
- Something to snack on. Please clean up after you eat.
- Breaks will be determined once we know how many competitors we have and how many shooters will be at the event. Bring your own ammunition.
- Dress appropriately, NO shorts or sandals of any kind. No short-sleeve shirts.
- There is a restroom on site.
- Before competition, all shooters must have signed a range waiver and a Senior Games waiver.
- Pistol scopes or lasers are NOT allowed. Iron sights and Optics will be allowed.
- Rimfire and Centerfire will be shot together. Targets will be marked to show name and either RF (Rim Fire) or CF (Center Fire).
- Course of fire is the same at 7yards, 10yards and 15 yards.
- Shooters will have two magazines that total 12 rounds. All 12 rounds will be fired within one minute, including a reload. I.e., shooters will load each magazine with 6 rounds. When the command is given to fire, the shooter will fire 6 rounds, reload 6, and fire until empty, all within one minute.
- Prior to competition, there will be a range safety briefing along with a demonstration of range commands. ALL COMMANDS WILL BE GIVEN BY THE RSO. FIREARMS WILL NOT BE TOUCHED UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO.
*ANYONE NOT FOLLOWING RANGE SAFETY AND FIRING COMMANDS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE COMPETITION
- Targets used will be B27 silhouette targets with 10-ring, 9-ring, 8-ring, 7-ring, etc. Points counted as numbered, ie, 10 rounds in a 10-ring = 100. 6 rounds in a 7-ring = 42.
- Each relay is 12 rounds. 3 relays, 36 rounds with a max total of 360 points. Calibers allowed: .22, .380, .38, .357, 9mm, 10 mm, .45. No hollow point rounds.
- Weapons will be loaded at the firing line.
- Command will be given to load one magazine and come to low ready position. FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL GIVEN THE COMMAND TO FIRE.
- Command given to fire all 12 rounds in 1 minute.
- After your 12th round, make the weapon safe by removing your magazine and locking the slide. Safety officers will inspect weapons.
- Once safe, the command is given to move back to the next yard line. The firing command is the same on each relay.
- After the last relay, all weapons will be made safe and inspected. Command will be given to score targets. You will not score your own target.

- First Place: Gold Medal
- Second Place: Silver Medal
- Third Place: Bronze Medal

- 50-54
- 55-59
- 60-64
- 65-69
- 70-74
- 75-79
- 80+
