Brrr! It's been cold lately and I know we're all looking forward to some warmer weather. It'll be here before we know it and so will Mesquite Senior Games! Our fun senior competitions start on March 4 and will run through April 12. Check out our line-up of events.
I know many of you are anxious for a MSG Track & Field meet. The time out is over! On March 26 we'll be back at the Virgin Valley High School, complete with their brand new track. We can't wait to see you all there jumping, throwing, running, and walking. And how about this for fantastic news? We have a new T&F Director, Gary Hartman, VVHS track coach. He and his track team will make sure our senior athletes have a great time showing us what they've got!
With 51 years experience as a track coach, we are absolutely thrilled to welcome Gary to the MSG family. For 14 years he has been committed to the youth of Mesquite running the track dept and we're looking forward to bringing our youth and seniors together for a day of healthy fun, athletics, and friendship. We are very thankful that Gary has chosen to share his time and knowledge with Mesquite Senior Games!
