Drumming Up Some Healthy Fun

The Green County Village Independent Living Residents are keeping with the beat with this new twist to chair aerobics! Gone are the days of boring chair aerobics! These seniors are having fun making some music and keeping active. I think the Mesquite Rec Ctr needs to add this to their senior exercise classes!
