Welcome Aboard Amy

Amy Bradshaw, Executive Director

We’d like to extend a warm welcome to Amy Bradshaw, our new executive director. Amy and her husband Chip moved to Mesquite about 5 months ago after spending most of her life in the Portland, OR area. Following a career in the legal field, Amy and Chip started a framing and art gallery shop that they ran for over 25 years.

Amy is no stranger to the non-profit world having served on her local board of Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). Moving to Mesquite, she quickly jumped into volunteering here, helping with this year’s 1000 Flags Over Mesquite. She was delighted to find the opening for an executive director for Mesquite Senior Games and ultimately proved to be the best qualified candidate.

We are excited to have Amy take the reins and keep Mesquite Senior Games moving forward, and she’s is too. “I’m very excited about this new opportunity and will work hard to keep the high standards the Games have and help them continue to improve every year,” says Amy. Please join us in welcoming and supporting Amy as you have done for the games.

  1. Good Morning and Happy New Year, Amy!!
I’d like to introduce myself. I’m the Games Director for Nevada Senior Games, based in Las Vegas. Mesquite has been hosting our annual Softball Tournament for several years and we hope you will continue to do so. The majority of our competitions are in the fall, Sept. – Oct., but besides softball we have volleyball and basketball in the spring in Henderson. Please check out our website, nevadaseniorgames.com. We have a link to the Mesquite Games on it.
Good luck with your new position! I hope to meet you some time soon.
